Bronwyn Walsh joined Cameron Fleming & Associates Ltd in March 2015
Bronwyn has broad corporate and commercial experience, including
acquisitions and disposals, corporate governance, commercial
agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholder arrangements,
private equity transactions, private equity funds work and general
company law matters.
Bronwyn began her career at Russell McVeagh in the Corporate
Advisory Group in 1995. Her experience includes time spent in
working in London for the international law firm Ashurst and
several years working as in-house counsel in the insurance
sector.
